Drabek Tosses Complete Game No Hitter
Kyle Drabek, of the Toronto Blue Jays, pitched a complete game no hitter for AA New Hampshire this past Sunday afternoon.
Minor league no hitters are far from rare, but they tend to be combined efforts since starting pitchers are usually on strict pitch counts.
Drabek tossed all nine innings and surrendered only two walks. He tallied three strikeouts and improved to 8-8 with a 3.20 ERA.
Drabek appears to be in line for a promotion to AAA at some point over the next two weeks.
